Our holiday home, available for full booking, offers a comfortable double bedroom on the upper floor with a private bathroom and reserved balcony. On the lower floor, you can relax in the living room, which features a comfortable sofa bed. Adjacent to it, there is a cozy room with a private small terrace and two foldable bunk beds, ideal for additional guests or children. The fully equipped kitchen and a second bathroom complete the conveniences of the house. One of its strengths is its independence, as it is located directly on a private street, without the need to enter a condominium. Located just 300 meters from the Furio Camillo metro station and Appia Nuova, its location makes it easy to explore the city.

A well-kept and independent two-room apartment with direct access from the street. There is a living room with a sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed on top. Our two-room apartment will allow you to also be able to stay outside in our small garden, equipped with a table for eating. Our guests will have access to the kitchen equipped with induction hob, microwave, sink etc. The bathroom shared with the two-room apartment includes an XL shower.
